Shipping Policy

We aim to get your order to you as fast as possible. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.

Delivery Windows:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 business days — FREE on every order, no minimum spend.
Express Shipping: 3–7 business days. The cost is QAR 60.

Carriers: We use Qatar Post, Aramex, and DHL for deliveries across Qatar.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please note that customs clearance may add time for international shipments. We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes for international orders.
